I came across this the other day during a bike ride. Guess what it is? Answer after the jump.
Seems the Baltimore Streetcar Museum is diversifying its holdings. But if it's getting into vintage buses, we wonder why its first acquisition is this survivor from the Washington, D.C. fleet. And what happened to the headlights? Those can't be easy to source. The bus has been sitting on Streetcar property on Falls Road for the past month or so. We think it's probably a decoy to lure graffiti artists away from the streetcars, but so far it has only suffered a smashed rear window. We also think it would make good quarters for the folks who call the woods along Falls Road home.
