What Would You Trade For a Porsche II?

Last week a man offered to trade his home in Ann Arbor, Mich., for a early Porsche 911. Now a second man has followed on the Pelican Parts site, in this case listing his Pearson 30 sailboat and six months of slip time at a marina in St. Thomas in trade. We're thinking the sailor has a better chance of driving away in a 911than the house guy. As one commenter said, "you can live in a Porsche, but you cannot race a house."
A sailboat however....
